Members of the Harlingen Art Forum created postcard art for sharing with family and friends this Holiday Season. All that’s needed is a 4×6 piece of heavyweight paper and a few minutes to let creativity bubble up. Perhaps that few moments between pouring the coffee and finishing the cup in the morning? And who doesn’t have someone from their life who would be cheered by an unexpected Postal treasure.
